Your product is placed, not repainted.
For physical products the AI paints an empty scene. Your prepared product photo is placed on top as it is. The one exception is clothing shown worn on a model, which is an AI edit of your photo.

Headline, offer, button text and price are set as real text by our layout software. The image model is told to draw no letters at all, and where things sit is decided by layout rules, not by the AI.

An image ad costs 5 credits. Growth is $69 a month for 1,000 credits — 200 image ads — so one works out at about $0.35. The price is shown before you generate, and unused credits change your real cost.

Questions people ask before they paste.
What does “sent to Meta paused” mean?
Chrishi creates the campaign, ad set and ad in your connected Meta ad account with their status set to paused. Nothing spends until you open Ads Manager and switch it on. Click tracking starts after you activate.
Can image ads go to Meta, or only videos?
Both. A single image ad or a finished video ad can be sent as a paused campaign once a Meta ad account is connected. Carousels and slideshows stay in Chrishi as downloads for now.
What do you read when I paste my URL?
Public pages only — logo, colours, typeface and how you describe what you sell. No login, no card, and an unclaimed preview is deleted after 24 hours.
Does the AI change my product photo?
For physical products, no: the AI paints the scene and your prepared photo is placed on top as it is. Clothing shown worn on a model is the exception; that is an AI edit of your photo.
What happens if a generation or a send fails?
The app checks your balance before paid work starts. If a charged step fails, the charge is refunded where the flow supports it, and a failed Meta send is refunded in full.
Which formats can I make?
Image ads in 1:1, 4:5, 9:16 and 16:9. Video ads render in 9:16, 1:1, 4:5 or 16:9. Files download as PNG, ZIP or MP4.
How good will my preview be?
It depends on your product photos and your site. Clear, well-lit product pictures make the best ads. You can change everything in the studio afterwards.
