Privacy notice

This notice explains what Chrishi collects, why it is used, who may process it, and the choices available to you.

Effective 11 August 2026 · Service contact: [email protected]

Plain-language summary

Chrishi uses data to run the service, generate and edit creative work, connect requested advertising services, prevent abuse, provide support, and improve reliability. The product has no feature for selling personal information, and submitted creative work is not published as customer proof without permission.

Information we collect

  • Account and company details: name, email address, company name, website, workspace membership, and authentication details.
  • Creative and brand material: briefs, products, uploaded assets, generated images and videos, scripts, timelines, brand settings, and public website details you ask Chrishi to read.
  • Advertising connection data: selected platform accounts, campaign settings, delivery identifiers, and encrypted access credentials when you connect an integration.
  • Billing records: plan, subscription status, credit balance, invoices, and Stripe customer identifiers. Card details are handled by Stripe rather than stored by Chrishi.
  • Usage and reliability data: actions taken in the product, request identifiers, device or browser information, error reports, and security logs.
  • Public-site journey: a random journey identifier, selected page names, selected button sources, signup method, and milestone times. This trail does not include the submitted website, email, company name, network address, browser details, or referrer.
  • Ad-click telemetry: tracking-link identifiers, time, approximate country, device type, referrer, campaign tags, and an anonymized network address.

How we use information

We use information to provide the service you request; secure accounts and tenant workspaces; generate, score, edit, export, and launch creative work; process billing; provide support; measure the visitor and onboarding journey; detect abuse; diagnose failures; and meet legal obligations.

Creative scores are automated, directional suggestions. They do not make legal or similarly significant decisions about people and do not guarantee advertising performance.

Where privacy law requires a legal basis, processing may rely on performing a contract, legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, consent where requested, and compliance with legal obligations.

Service providers and transfers

Depending on the feature used, information may be processed by infrastructure and storage providers, Stripe for billing, Meta for connected ad delivery, Google for optional sign-in, Sentry for error monitoring, Browserless for website reading, and AI or media-generation providers such as OpenAI, ElevenLabs, and Luma.

These providers may process information in other countries. The active provider list depends on which features are configured and used. Contact support for current provider and international-processing details. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the service, or as part of a business transaction.

Retention

An unclaimed public website preview is scheduled for deletion after 24 hours. Claimed workspace content is kept while the account is active and for a reasonable period needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, maintain security, and meet legal or billing obligations. Retention can vary by record type and provider.

You may ask for account or personal-data deletion. Some billing, security, or legal records may need to be retained after an account closes.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of personal information, and to complain to a privacy regulator. You may disconnect advertising integrations and manage billing from the product.

The current product has no feature for selling personal information or using it for third-party cross-context behavioural advertising. To make a privacy request, email [email protected]. We may need to verify the request before acting on it.

Cookies, children, and changes

The public website and application use an essential session and security cookie, including to keep the short public journey described above. Chrishi is intended for business users aged 18 or older and is not directed to children. We may update this notice as the service or legal requirements change and will revise the effective date when we do.
