1. Using Chrishi
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement. You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding access, activity in your workspace, and ensuring your use complies with advertising, privacy, intellectual-property, consumer-protection, and platform rules.
2. Early-access service
Chrishi is evolving. Features may be added, changed, limited, suspended, or marked coming soon. The current Video Ads handoff creates a paused campaign in Meta for you to review and activate in Ads Manager. Other integrations or advanced surfaces may appear in the product but are not promised as part of the public beta.
3. Your content and permissions
You keep your rights in content you submit. You grant Chrishi and its service providers the limited permission needed to host, process, transform, and transmit that content to provide the requested service. You must have permission to use submitted websites, assets, products, music, personal likenesses, trademarks, and advertising accounts.
4. AI-generated material
AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, similar to other output, or unsuitable for a particular market. You must review creative work, claims, rights, targeting, destinations, budgets, and disclosures before activating a campaign. Creative scores are directional suggestions and do not guarantee clicks, conversions, revenue, approval, or any campaign result.
5. Advertising and integrations
When you connect Meta or another supported service, its own terms and policies also apply. You authorize Chrishi to perform the actions you request, including creating draft campaign records and submitting approved campaigns. You remain responsible for platform accounts, budgets, targeting, ad copy, landing pages, product claims, and legal compliance.
6. Credits, plans, and billing
Generation can spend credits at rates shown in the product. New workspaces currently receive 25 starter credits. A configured checkout shows its subscription price before payment; Enterprise volume and usage terms must be agreed in writing. Do not purchase if an included credit allocation, cancellation timing, or usage charge is unclear—contact support first. Subscriptions are managed through Stripe's billing portal. Taxes may apply. Refunds are handled as required by applicable law and any policy presented at purchase.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use Chrishi to break the law; violate rights; create deceptive, harmful, discriminatory, exploitative, or malicious material; access private networks; probe or disrupt the service; bypass limits; share credentials improperly; or generate spam. We may limit or suspend use that creates risk for users, providers, platforms, or Chrishi.
8. Confidentiality and security
Each party should protect non-public information received from the other and use it only for the service relationship. Chrishi uses safeguards described on the Security page, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Report suspected account or security issues promptly.
9. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service and manage a paid subscription through the billing portal. Chrishi may suspend or terminate access for material breach, security risk, legal requirements, non-payment, platform abuse, or conduct that threatens the service. Where practical, we will provide notice and a chance to remedy the issue.
10. Service warranty and liability
The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, Chrishi does not promise uninterrupted availability or particular advertising results. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. For other claims, liability is limited to losses that were reasonably foreseeable and directly caused by a breach.
11. Changes and contact
We may update these terms when the service or law changes. Material changes will be communicated through the service or by email where appropriate. Continued use after an effective update means the revised terms apply. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live. Contact [email protected] with questions.
